Postage

3-5 Working days – £7 (Royal Mail Recorded Delivery)
Next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. UK only – £9 (Royal Mail Special Delivery – signature required)
Europe – £20 (Royal Mail International Signed For)
Americas – £30 (Royal Mail International Signed For)
Rest of the World – £25 (Royal Mail International Signed For)
All orders require a signature upon receipt. Duty or taxes incurred in country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase but, if for any reason you are not, you can return your unwanted goods, unworn, to Fluidity for a full refund (excluding postage) 28 days after receipt. Please contact us on 01491 410551 or email sales@fluidity-f2.com to receive a returns authorisation number. Returns are made at your own risk and expense. We ask that you send Special Delivery with Royal Mail or via a Traceable and Insured postage service and retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the goods back to the store.
